Fees and Information
Fees applying to all new tenancies from 1st June 2019
We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required:
| Holding Deposit: | 1 weeks rent |
| Security Deposit: | 5 weeks rent (up to max £50k pa) |
| Late Payment Fee | 3% above BOE base rate after 14 days |
| Lost Keys: | Contractor charges at cost or agent/landlord reasonable costs |
| Contract Variation: | £50 inc VAT |
| Early Termination: | Capped at Landlords/Agents reasonable costs |
| Utilities: | All Utilities, TV Licence, Communication and Council Tax charges |
Property Connexions are members of the UKALA Total Loss Client Money Protection for Landlords and Tenants, which is a client money protection scheme and are also members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), which is a redress scheme. Further information can be provided by contacting our office.
