Fees and Information

Fees applying to all new tenancies from 1st June 2019

We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required:

Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent
Security Deposit: 5 weeks rent (up to max £50k pa)
Late Payment Fee 3% above BOE base rate after 14 days
Lost Keys: Contractor charges at cost or agent/landlord reasonable costs
Contract Variation: £50 plus vat
Early Termination: Capped at Landlords/Agents reasonable costs
Utilities: All Utilities, TV Licence, Communication and Council Tax charges

Fees applying to all pre-existing tenancies entered before 1st June 2019

We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.
