To deal with payment of any insurances, ground rent, service charges as applicable and if requested | |||

Send detailed monthly statements to include copies of any invoice/receipts for works carried out and deducted from gross monthly rental income | |||
Advise all utility companies of new tenants details, dates and meter readings as applicable | |||

We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.
