Property Connexions was founded over 25 years ago by Tina and Mark Cassidy with a simple vision – to provide landlords with an honest, personal and professional lettings service.

What began as a small family business, run from the Cassidy family home in Horley and caring for just five landlords, has grown into a successful, fully independent, family-owned agency with multiple offices all through positive referrals from our existing Landlord clients and tenants. While we've expanded over the years, one thing has never changed: our commitment to building lasting relationships and delivering a genuinely personal service.

Today, we specialise in residential lettings and property management, combining decades of experience with a hands-on approach that puts both landlords and tenants first. Being independent means we're free to make decisions based on what's best for our clients, not shareholders – and that's something we're incredibly proud of.

In 2026, the next chapter of the Property Connexions story began as Tina and Mark's son, Lee, returned to the business as a Director. Having spent many years establishing and successfully running an independent letting agency in London, Lee brings a wealth of experience, fresh ideas and the same family values that have always been at the heart of Property Connexions.

Supporting Lee every step of the way – both in the business and at home – is his fiancée, Michelle, who has also become part of the Property Connexions family. Together, they're helping to shape the future while staying true to everything the business was built upon.

And what about the next generation? Well... Lee and Michelle's two boys, Arthur (6) and Noah (3), are already regular faces around the office. Whether they'll be following in the family's footsteps remains to be seen... but watch this space!
